What does Coastal Curbside trash-bin valet include?
Approved service includes scheduled curb placement, post-collection return to the designated storage location, photo confirmation and reporting observed bin or collection issues.
Which coastal communities are served?
We evaluate routes in Galveston Island, Tiki Island, Jamaica Beach, Surfside Beach, Freeport and nearby Texas Gulf Coast communities. Availability and pricing are confirmed property by property.
Does this replace city trash service or include hauling?
No. The property must maintain active municipal or private waste collection. This service moves eligible bins to and from the collection point; bulk items, hazardous materials and loose-trash hauling are not included.
Can you service an occupied Airbnb or Vrbo rental?
Potentially. The owner or manager must provide the property schedule and approve the service plan so the visit does not interfere with guests.
What if the bins are full or collection is missed?
We document observed overflow, blocked bins or missed collection and notify the approved contact. Additional handling must be reviewed and approved separately; a scheduled valet visit does not guarantee waste collection.
Is bin cleaning available?
An approved bin refresh may be available as an add-on on eligible routes. Scope and timing must be confirmed in advance.
