These website terms are a launch draft and do not replace the written service agreement issued to approved clients.

Requests and availability

Website submissions are requests only. Service is not confirmed until accepted in writing by The Local Concierge. Timing, crew availability, property access and payment requirements may affect acceptance.

Scope

Services are limited to the accepted written scope. Vacation-rental cleaning and guest services do not constitute property management, reservation management or emergency property oversight.

Access and authorization

The requesting party must have authority to grant property access. Guest requests may require verification and host or management-company approval.

Property condition

Excessive conditions, biohazards, pests, guest occupancy, access failure, insufficient linens or unsafe conditions may delay or prevent service and may require additional charges.

Payment and cancellations

Approved estimates, service agreements and payment authorizations will state applicable charges, deposits, cancellation terms, recurring-payment terms and refund limitations.

Launch review

Final service terms, payment authorization and liability language will be reviewed before public launch.
